Payments and billing
SubmittalFlow Pro is billed monthly at $49/month. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles all transactions, receipts, and tax compliance on our behalf.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, email us at support@submittalflow.app within 7 days of your charge with the subject line “Refund Request”.
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
- Subsequent monthly renewal charges after the initial payment.
- Free tier usage — the free tier has no charge and therefore no refund applies.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
