Refund Policy

Payments and billing

SubmittalFlow Pro is billed monthly at $49/month. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles all transactions, receipts, and tax compliance on our behalf.

Refund eligibility

We provide a 14-day refund window for SubmittalFlow Pro payments. You may request a refund within 14 days of your payment with no exceptions or conditions.

To request a refund, email us at support@submittalflow.app with the subject line “Billing Request”.

Cancellations

You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period unless cancellation is processed immediately as part of account deletion.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
